Over the years, we have conducted mass advocacy arrays regarding public transportation in Israel. Dozens of representatives (sometimes even more) are positioned at bus stations to meet the passengers and explain – in the field, where it all happens – the expected changes to their regular lines. The campaign involves extensive logistics including quality operations, a good monitoring and control system and the ability to devise training and advocacy arrays.
